Matt Sullivan
A people-focused entrepreneur, Matt Sullivan, aka ‘Sully,’ brings his expertise and experience in business development and sales, change management, go-to-market tactics, process creation and enhancement to his role with ABX. His top priority and the driving motivation behind co-founding the company is to build a world-class team that offers customers a better experience in identifying and setting up the right software tools for their specific needs.
Matt has been working in the tech space for almost two decades. In 2009, he launched his first venture into the technology industry—a local online business directory back when websites needed to be custom-coded. From there, he founded a web design and social media marketing firm and then spent several years at a custom software development company.
Since 2019, Matt has been firmly established in the global inventory management software space. First, he helped Singapore-based TradeGecko grow from a small startup to a thriving workforce of 180 before it was ultimately acquired by Intuit (QuickBooks). He then became the first Canadian employee of Katana Technologies, an Estonian forerunner in the inventory management software business. Matt was instrumental in growing the team from about thirty to over one hundred fifty members during his tenure and helped thousands of SMBs with their software stack.
When he’s not obsessing about building a better experience for our customers, Matt can be found spending time with his wife and their adorable dog, Louie. He secretly (not-so-secretly) also dreams of being a star of film and television. Who knows, maybe he’ll get his big break starring in our first YouTube ad (coming soonish…) and cement his place amongst the stars in Hollywood!
